Most interruptions should recover without losing a confirmed word. Start with the closest situation below.
The microphone will not start
Open mmry in Safari or the installed app, allow microphone access when proof begins, and check that mmry is enabled under the device’s Microphone privacy settings.
The connection dropped
Visual practice can keep its latest change on the device and sync after reconnecting. Spoken proof needs a live connection; pause and resume instead of reloading.
Sign-in or account help
Sign in with the same account each time. To erase an account, open the profile button, choose Delete account, and confirm. Shared group texts remain available to their group.
Direct help
Contact your group steward.
Contact the person who invited you to mmry. Include your device, whether you opened mmry from Safari or the Home Screen, the passage title, and roughly when the problem happened. Never send a password or an audio recording.
When speech recognition hears a nearby word
Pause briefly before the difficult phrase, keep a natural pace, and speak the whole phrase rather than isolating one syllable. A pending recognition appears in blue before it becomes a correction. Repeating the expected word continues from the same position; guesses at that position count as one strike together.
